Pully Push Down (Triceps)

The explanation about the exercise written in the following points:
1. The first step to toe the handle of the cable above your head to the top .
2. Tie the rope with the handle of the cable and hold the rope tightly with your fate line. This will make your grip tight and hands will not slip while performing the sets .
3. Then move back slightly , make your hips in the cat position and bend down your head .
4. This will make sure that the tension of the exercise will only be on your triceps and not on your sholders or back.
5. Your elbow should be straight and should lean forward as shown in the picture above.
This is the second part of the exercise and is explained in the following points below:
1. Now push down your arms with the tight grip and do not move your elbow.
2. In the left side of the above picture the elbow is moved back but u have keep it straight forward .
3. Push down your arms completely till they get straight .
4. Make your arms wide while u push down your arms .
